Besides being a boxer, Manny Pacquiao is a congressman in his home country, the Philippines, working to ensure that he can improve the quality of life of all citizens. Manny Pacquiao understands that he needs to work towards something bigger than himself to please Jesus Christ.

Even though Pacquiao has many accomplishments, fame, and money with an estimated net worth of between $190 million and $250 million.

That’s not all, he has added another 600 housing units to accommodate the homeless in a difference region of his country. In his home town, Sarangani Province in the Philippines the Boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao, has built over 1,000 houses for the poor, widows, and orphans.
Rather than accept the credit for it all, Pacquiao advised the recipients to thank God and not him since he was only an instrument to help the people in need. “Give thanks to God for what you have received today. It's a gift from Him. He's just using me to help you. Take good care of this property and don't sell it," says Pacquiao to the lucky recipient of new homes:

(“I’m so happy giving this houses free to my constituents in Sarangani Province from my own pocket more than thousand families are the beneficiaries. And I’m still building more because I always believe what the bible says; 1 Peter 4:8-10. “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. [9] Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. Thank you Lord for everything, even some people are criticizing me but I’m still happy because you live in me.”- Manny Pacquiao
