THE REAL CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST VS COUNTERFEIT CHURCHES (Part 1)

I
t’s quite obvious that the religious business centers mistakenly called “churches/ministries” won’t allow people to see what the true spirit filled church of Christ is; most people define church as either a denominational persuasion or a particular structure that has been erected by man; most likely the place where they congregate on Sunday’s and/or various days throughout the week; however, the true Church has nothing to do with human formed cults or lodges. Since many professed Christians have never seen the true church, when they see the schisms in the religious Christendom they will agree that the church is divided but in reality the true spiritual church of Christ cannot be divided, only organized religious groups continue to divide themselves due to competition and the pursuit of power, money and fame. Denominational churches are no more than great instruments of the devil; through them the world is blaspheming the name of Christ - for instance, when people from other religions or non-believers observe the atrocities transpiring in organized churches such as the “reverend fathers” molesting children, pastors having sexual affairs with their church members, bishops using church as a business, robbing, stealing, racism, hypocrisy, gay and lesbian pastors, etc. they will believe that following Christ isn’t the right way to God! Not knowing that what they’re seeing isn’t the true church, but a counterfeit.

Denominational church systems of today are representations of synagogues of Satan, they are congregations that accumulate different characters, a hybrid assembly; congregations where people don’t operate in oneness but instead a divided focus yet claim that they’re in fellowship with one another; they organize confused religious meetings where light and darkness are intertwined in fellowship. Synagogue of Satan also signifies an assembly where people profess to know God but deny him by their character, “a Christians gathering without manifestation of the true love of Jesus Christ”. Present day structural Christianity is a hybrid congregation; a combination of half-way regenerated and un-regenerated people. In denominational churches today it’s possible to see homosexuals, lesbians, child molesters, fornicators, robbers, fraudsters all posing as God’s true children, even becoming bishops and pastors…

*I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan (Rev 2:9).

This scripture is talking about present day denominational churches. It was because of the high level of hypocrisy in the Jewish synagogues in the time of Christ that made him preach AGAINST the synagogue system… (Luke 4:44 reads in the original Greek manuscript~ And he preached against the synagogues of Galilee). It is apparent to me that the English translators translated this verse to say that Jesus preached in the synagogue instead of against the synagogue gathering because they don’t want to lose their crowds so that they can continue to fatten their pockets! (Search for “eis” greek word origin). The same way Jesus preached against the wrong order of the synagogue in the 1st century is the same way the he today opposes denominational systems of church where men worship men instead of God and pastors and bishops have become gods instead of servants.

I
t is commonly accepted that the word "CHURCH” is the translation from the Greek word EKKLĒSIA which is made up of two Greek words; EK which means "out, out of” and KLĒSIS meaning, "a calling”. The two words combined mean "The calling out,” which is directed to an elected people which is different from an ordinary gathering of religious people or a physical building. In ancient Greece, an EKKLĒSIA had no resemblance to what Jesus Christ and his early Jewish apostles meant by church. Ekklesia was used to interpret a civil congress (political assembly) in Athens even before the documentation of the New Testament scriptures (480–404 BCE). The translation of the word “church” from Ecclesia” has misinformed many people; most people see church today as just a common gathering together of people who claim to believe in Jesus, but the church is beyond religious gatherings.

An accurate revelation of what church means can be found in the term “called out” from the ancient Hebrew perspective because the “four gospels” Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John in the New Testament were written and documented in Hebrew and must be interpreted in the Hebrew mindset. The majority of people have been brainwashed into believing that the gospels were written and documented in Koine Greek, but there is compelling evidence that shows that the “four gospels” were originally written in Hebrew, for instance;

Papias, known as bishop of Hierapolis (150 A.D.) said; "Matthew put down the words of the Lord in the Hebrew language and others have translated them, each as best he could."

Irenaeus “Bishop of Lions, France” (120-202 A.D) said; "Matthew, indeed, produced his Gospel written among the Hebrews in their own dialect."

Origen said; "The first Gospel composed in the Hebrew language, was written by Matthew...for those who came to faith from Judaism" (225 A.D.).

This is just to mention a few! The Hebrew word which is translated “Ekklesia” from Greek is KEHILLAH, which may be referred to as “QAHAL”, which the non-spiritual theologians and scholars has only interpreted as assembly, company, congregation, convocation etc. however mystically “QAHAL” represents “a theocratic governmental structure in ancient Hebrew society.” A true theocratic government is a form of government that recognizes the only true one God (Yahweh, Adonai or Yahovah) as the ruler. The ancient Hebrew nation is a good example of theocracy because the nation was ruled by Yahovah through a highly spiritual and accurate prophet Moses, who conveyed God’s words and laws to his people….

This is he, that was in the CHURCH in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: (Act7:38).

In this scripture we can see plainly that the old Israelites in the wilderness under Moses were referred to as “QAHAL” (church). This should help us understand why Jesus said “HIS CHURCH” meaning not that of Moses. And when Christ promised that He would build his KEHILLAH “QAHAL” which has been misinterpreted as church (Mathew16:18) he was not referring to gathering a multitude of people to form a religious organization; our Lord Jesus Christ didn’t come to establish denominational churches as we know them today, rather He came to establish the everlasting Kingdom of God on earth, or to set up God’s rulership in the heart of people….

And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever(Daniel2:44).

This scripture is a messianic prophecy; it shows the mission of Christ. Jesus the Messiah comes to set up God’s rulership on earth…..

And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. And he said unto them, when ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven (Luke11:1-2).

The type of Kingdom or government that Jesus Christ comes to build can't be destroyed by anything; he made this clear when he said, “Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Mathew 16:18). By this we know that one thing that will differentiate the Kingdom of Christ from the kingdoms of this world or mere religious organizations is the ability to overcome the gates of hell….. It’s understandable that most don’t know what the gates of hell represent, because I’ve seen many people “binding and loosing” the gates of hell thinking that it represents Satan or demons; however, gate represents an entrance into a place or a way that leads into something. There are gates that control each territory and every aspect of life. There is gate that leads to life and one that leads into death (Mathew7:13). There are gates that lead to greatness and ones that lead to poverty; for instance, one gate that leads men to poverty is laziness. (Proverb 20:13).There is no prayer that can make one who refuses to work become rich. One gate that leads to greatness is diligence.(Proverb 22:29)  The gate that leads men to sin is lust; and sin is the door that leads to death…
“When lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death (James1:15).
Lust conceives and gives birth to sin and the act of sin results in death. When death kills a sinner, that sinner goes to hell therefore; the gate of hell represents sin and death. Sin and death cannot overcome those who belong to Christ’s Kingdom. It would be of great benefit for us to retrain our minds and begin to see ourselves as the sons and daughters of one holy kingdom of God and live up to our name (Mat13:37). It's senseless and useless in seeing ourselves and striving to be or to maintain memberships of various denominational persuasions and/or religions, We are sons and daughters of God’s kingdom.

WHY ARE THOSE WHO BELONG TO THE KINGDOM OF CHRIST NAMED “THE CALLED OUT”?

T
he people who belong to Christ’s kingdom are referred to as “called out” because Jesus has called them out spiritually from the sin nature to gradually guide them into the sinless nature of God unto immortalization through the power of the Holy Spirit. The real Church are the spiritually called out people who are departing daily following the leading of the Holy from the nature of sin to achieve the complete sinless nature of God. The true called out exists spiritually inside of Christ; Jesus Christ is the Perfect Tabernacle of God on earth and we his disciples are just individual spiritual temples in Him connected by the Holy Spirit. Whenever God sees His KEHILLAH “QAHAL” on earth, He doesn't see different religious organizations, but one perfect Jesus Christ and the saints worshiping in Him by one Spirit because the QAHAL (Church) involves people who are undergoing spiritual, emotional and physical separation with internal cleansing and have dedicated their entire life to perform God’s divine will on earth, that is why Simon Peter addressed the Christians in the first century as a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, called out to reveal the true nature and character of God (1Peter2:9).
May we all come to full realization that the church is nothing less than Jesus Christ and the saints who have spiritually baptized (immersed completely) into Him (Gala 3:27, 1Cor 12:13) by coming out of sin and self and spiritually growing to arrive into the sinless nature of God through the power of the eternal Spirit!

Finally, It is important to comprehend that “the called out” does not suggest Christian cults or sects; it’s common to find groups of religious people who no longer participate in functions which involve denominational systems and then claim to be the true “called out people”. Denominationalism is a mindset which is beyond religious titles or lingo; whenever you conceive in your mind that you or your group is better or otherwise more significant than other Christians you have already created segregation or formed a new denomination in your mind. To be a true called out person means that you must accept Christ, repent, stop sinning, put away pride, sexual immorality, moral impurity, idolatry, sorcery, greed, lust, hatred, gossip, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, lying, racism, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing, and anything similar. Baptize by immersion and the Holy Ghost (Act2:38) and then to continue to add daily into your life the fruits of the spirit, which are love, joy peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, self-control and so forth with an expectation to become like Jesus Christ. That is the way to make your calling and election sure. (2Peter1:5-10)

INTERPRETATION OF CHURCH BUILDING

M
ost likely when someone says that they're “building a church”, they are referring to constructing a physical structure. It’s saddening to watch blind leaders in Christendom conniving their way into the pockets of innocent people taking their hard earned money to expand their church business empires. They insist that the church is a physical house of worship; however; Christ made mention of building a church in the early stage of his service with God on earth (Mat16:18), but throughout his entire ministry it has never been recorded in scriptures that Jesus collected “building funds” to construct a cathedral for the disciples to congregate to worship God. Jesus came to call people out spiritually from the nature of sin and to gradually guide them into the sinless nature of God unto immortalization, in this regard the real Church are the spiritually called out people who are departing daily from the nature of sin to achieve the complete sinless nature of God. “Building a church” REALLY means to convert sinners, perfecting them or making saints through accurate teaching and physical demonstration of the word of God.

The Church are the people who have genuinely repented and forsaken their sins, and are embarking on the internal journey of perfection. What makes them a church is the indwelling of Christ, this “church” is developing daily by crucifying the flesh to obtain the fruits of the Holy Spirit which are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Christ teaches us that we should make every effort to add to our faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. If we possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep us from being ineffective and unproductive in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ (2Peter1:5-8). This is what church building is all about; the bricks for building the church are the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Gal5:22). As the converted people are daily adding these spiritual values into their lives, they are building up to conform to the full image of Christ.

Jesus Christ is the accurate model of the church, God wants His called out people to grow up spiritually to the point of achieving sinless perfection and immortalization of the mortal body. Therefore building according to the pattern means developing people after Christ; it is him that God presented and said "This is my beloved son, in whom I am well pleased (Mat3:16). God is only delighted to see His children growing and becoming like Christ. No matter how well a local church may organize, if the believers are not growing spiritually becoming like Christ, the leader is not laboring with Christ and building according to God’s pattern. Without changing the lives of people daily from sin to righteousness means that we are not building Church, for the beauty of the Church is the character of the people. It is foolish to spend billions of dollars building physical structures while the people are dying in their sins and going hell, offerings of the people should be spent to transform lives, not to erect buildings. Many nations exist where people must see the light, and the Christians must be developed into full maturity and released into the field to impart Christ to the lost souls, that is “church building”. It would be great if Pastor E A. Adeboye could visit any Islamic country to convert the Muslims and build his 3 kilometer long church auditorium for them, or Bishop Oyedepo to build another “Canan Land” in Niger Republic…

Finally, It's important to understand that a church planter or church builder is not someone who knows how to register a religious organization, and knows how to manipulate people to raise money to rent, buy or to build structures and gather multitudes together. A true church planter is a spiritual wise master builder, someone who builds following an accurate master plan. A good builder will not begin building a house without first having an accurate architectural design. Jesus Christ is the wise master builder, He is the church planter and we are co-laborers with Him, for He says, On this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it (Mat16:18). The word “build” entails that the Church which Jesus will build must be developed according to a divine pattern “an eternal architectural design” starting from the foundation to the capstone. Any person desiring to contribute in building the church with Christ as a co laborer without tracking the divine plan will be fighting against God. Before Paul the apostle started his service as co-worker with Christ to build the Church of God, he first received by revelation the divine pattern of Christ’s Church, which is the reason Paul called himself a wise master builder because he carefully built the church with Christ following the divine pattern of the eternal Church of Christ. (1Cor3:9-15)…
to be continued.
